OH 32 v 7 Old Becs

Evening all,

A workmanlike performance from OH therefore a workman’s match report.

Before the game started I thought cor blimey, this bloomin' job is gonna be a proper kerfuffle! Decent team is them Old Becs.

We had a chat before the game and said chin up lads just give it some welly, and we will be quids in, this lot will give us no trouble at all!

Warm up was good. Bosh!

Game kicked and we all collectively shouted cmon let’s av it!

Fergus opened with a fantastic solo try, smoother than freshly sanded wood. Strong defense kept Old Becs away. Ferg nailed two penalties, more precise than a laser cutter.

Half time: 13-0, easy peaze lemon squeeze!

Second half, took a while for more points, but backs did their thing, and Will scored. Yamas bosh!

Ferg chips the ball over the defence and collects the ball. All that was needed was a simple pass to the man, the myth, the bloody legend Dylan and it would have been try time.

Now some say Dylan dropped it because he was being selfless, he didn’t want to keep scoring and making people feel bad.

Some cynics would say Ferg purposely threw a difficult pass in the hope that Dylan would drop it.

Others argue he was too busy thinking about his celebration. Either way dick of the day secured for the modest man from Brighton (also the remaining top try scorer in the club).

Moving on, we got ourselves all in a little bit of a malarkey and ended up conceding. I fink the oppo scored on the outside.

Joe had a blinder scoring two tries in the second half. El bosh!

One of his tries was assisted by Charlie Golding who was offside and obstructing about 4 opposition players. However, ref gave us benefit of the doubt! Lovely jubbly!

4 tries, great defence, and bobs you uncle! Another win for OH 2XV! Bing, bang, bosh job done onto next Saturday!
